4. Conducted GLP Audit for Landis International – Valdosta, Ga - 2003

5. Implemented the safety program and trained all personnel at Flanders Provision – 2003

6. Developed and wrote a safety program from scratch for Flanders Provision – 2002

7. Installed and optimized a waste water treatment facility for Flanders Provision – 2002

8. Developed a PSM program that covers the entire SNF Holding Co and its facilities. This one program is inclusive enough such that each facility is using the same program. – 2002

9. Led PHA’s for the 13 facilities for SNF Holding Company.

10. Started a consulting business (Rowe & Rowe & Rowe Regulatory Rescue and Training) designed to address 1) OSHA regulations and training with an emphasis on PSM and 2) ISO Quality auditing.

11. Developed and implemented an auditing program for PSM (Process Safety Management) and RMP (Risk Management Plan) for the 10 facilities covered by SNF Holding Company. – 2002
