5S PROCESS CONSULTING

Chilton Consulting can assist in the development, implementation, and sustained management system of the common Six Sigma tool, 5S. The 5S process helps clients improve efficiency, organization, and housekeeping by creating the Sort, Standardize, Shine, S, and Sustain process for each department. The documented system is successfully sustained with routine audit evaluations and team meeting to manage and improve the process.  

LEAN SIX SIGMA CONSULTING

Chilton Consulting Group helps clients implement statistically based process control systems to improve performance by reducing variability. Targeted processes are evaluated with baseline measurements, goals established to reduce standard deviations, process measurement system established, and management systems implemented to continuously improve the process.  Lean Six Sigma tools such as Root Cause Analysis methods are used throughout the process.

FMEA—FAILURE MODE EFFECTS ANALYSIS CONSULTING

The FMEA process has been used very successfully by many companies to reduce the incident rate of foreign materials contaminations and other problems.  The process uses a structured approach to identify threats, assess risks, and establish auditing methods to assure continuous controls and improvements.
