Bobby Pace
After receiving his Bachelors of Science in Animal Science Bobby went on to achieve his Masters of Science in Food Technology from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Through his years Bobby has worked in several different Food Industry positions. These areas of responsibilities included developing, managing, and maintaining Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs, Product Supervision, developing product costs, least cost formulation and yield improvement. He has conducted in-house validation of Microbial Interventions for validation of HACCP plans and has been responsible for the Training / programs for supervisors as well as all hourly employees in his plants. He has also managed a certified laboratory for USDA plants.
Bobby has trained in all the following areas. AMI HACCP Meat and Poultry Product Course, NFPA Advanced HACCP Courses, cGMP Basics Training Courses, Managing cGMP Courses, SPC Training Courses, World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, DuPont Safety Training Courses, ISO 9000 Implementation/Documentation, ISO9000 Internal Auditor Trainings, and Crosby Facilitation "Train the Trainer" and agriculture and Food Vulnerability Assessment Programs.
Bobby joined Chilton Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant in September 2006.
