Company Profile Chilton Consulting Group Mission Statement The mission of the Chilton Consulting Group is to be the leading provider of value added consulting services to the food industry in the areas of HACCP Plan Verification, Regulatory Compliance, Food Safety (including training) and Workplace Safety.
Principal Profiles
Jeff Chilton, company president, founded Chilton Consulting Group to
respond to the needs of the industry. Jeff has completed numerous training
programs and is a Certified Lead Instructor for HACCP training seminars.
Previously, Jeff was a Plant Manager in two facilities, Director of Safety
and Workers' Comp Case Management, and a Quality Control Manager earlier in
his 15 years in the food industry. Sharon Chilton is the Administrative Manager. She will maintain corporate library; Complete accounting functions for billing/payments; Complete marketing details; Coordinate consulting projects; Assist with travel needs.
Dr. Estes Reynolds --- Serves as Processing Authority; Completes consulting assignments with Microbiological needs, Pathogen trouble shooting, Quality improvements, and General reassessments. Dr. Reynolds will also be in charge of Plant Layout and Design for Small Processors.
Bobby Pace --- Manages day to day business activities; Completes marketing work; Schedules projects; Completes Consulting assignments including General reassessments, Quality improvements, and Beef programs.
David Rowe --- Completes Web Site and Newsletters; Completes desk projects; Expert in Workplace Safety Services / projects; Including Audits, Training, and Program Development.
